Chairman's
Team 2016 is driven by six core values. It is through these values that the chairman’s team set up opportunities to spread the ideals of FIRST. Our chairman’s team relies on their creativity to set up these opportunities to inspire all people the team comes in contact with. We have made connections in FIRST, our schools, the community, nationally and internationally. We strive to inspire individuals to honor science and technology to encourage them to become our future scientistists, engineers, and technologists.

Project IFADS
This is Team 2016’s long term project. Project IFADS means Increasing FIRST Awareness in Deaf Schools. We are very passionate that any individual no matter what disability they may or may not have be able to explore the world of science and technology. The Chairman’s sub-team works on making connections in the Deaf community and introduces them to the world of FIRST.
